The absolute hardest part of writing is not sitting down and putting words on paper, editing is harder but marketing is a slog. It is tempermental and prone to change. It is like understanding the sea, impossible. It can be purely calm one moment and a giant wall of death covered in whitecaps the next. I have only contracted with them for three months but I hope to get some professionally done work for the book and get a glimpse into what a professional marketing expert does and “how” they do it.
